The eagles have landed... literally.

After several hours waiting in the Charlotte airport and a few more in the air, we landed in San Jose around 3pm. The immigration line was another long wait but we made it through and met our wonderful hosts, Herson and Miguel. As expected it was rainy for our first afternoon but we had a lovely tour of downtown San Jose and heard more about this amazing country that we are eager to explore.

We are starting Day 2 early with breakfast and bus loading all before 8am. We have a long and twisty trip to the Jauri Tropical Farm. We will post more soon!
